Secretary
Our client is looking for an experienced secretary to provide comprehensive and efficient secretarial and admin support to senior management.
The duties include: provide prompt production of documents, such as letters, memos reports etc, provide assistance to managers at Board meetings, taking minutes within the Board meetings, send, receive, store and file electronic messages, provide admin assistance to the Chief executive and assist in the development of the website.
Candidates must posses an excellent, polite and confident telephone manner. Ideally candidates will also be familiar with the accounts system Oracle.
