The Kitchen Porter/Night Porter position is dual role which requires that you work two weeks as Kitchen Porter followed by two weeks as Night Porter. The Night ... the Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for washing up after each meal and ensuring that the kitchen is left in an immaculate and hygienic state.
